This website is operated by SLEX Integrated Trade Pte Ltd ("SLEX", "we", "us", "our"), the official Singapore distributor of Off & Relax. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. About Us

SLEX Integrated Trade Pte Ltd is the officially authorised distributor of Off & Relax products in Singapore. All products sold on this Site are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the brand.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colours, packaging and descriptions accurately. Actual packaging (including refill formats) may occasionally differ slightly from images shown, particularly for products where localised packaging is pending. Product formulations and claims follow the manufacturer's specifications; where required, health and cosmetic product claims are subject to applicable Singapore regulations, including those administered by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA).
