Refund policy

1. Change of Mind Returns

We want you to love your Off & Relax routine. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging with seals intact
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care and scalp care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

3. How to Request a Return

Email contact@slextrade.com or WhatsApp +65 8908 8795 with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable delivery method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

6. Exchanges

If you'd like a different variant or scent instead of a refund, let us know when requesting your return and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
